SNP Properties is dedicated to driving Richmond forward with a combination of new construction developments and historic property renovations while creating a desirable place to live, work and play to bring synergy to some of the most iconic neighborhoods in the City of Richmond. SNP’s portfolio is growing rapidly and with each new asset, Rocket Pop has been engaged to name, brand, and market each property: The Mezzo at City Center, The Penny at Jackson Ward, Vida East at Church Hill, and The Summit at Scott’s Addition. Before we dove into the individual assets, we branded the parent: SNP Properties.

GOALS

As a newcomer and boutique company entering Richmond’s crowded development sector, SNP needed to establish instant credibility and showcase their capability to grow their portfolio in the Metro area. Their mission of bringing life and energy into some of Richmond’s most iconic neighborhoods called for a brand identity and message that conveyed their focus on developing in a market that SNP calls home.

STRATEGY

Whether marketing for an SNP acquisition of an existing property or for a ground-up development, our message focused on three key points: SNP has quickly established a reputation for quality construction and workmanship; SNP properties offer exemplary amenities and a high level of service; and each property offered front-door access to a highly desirable Richmond neighborhood. Using a combination of vibrant signage, email campaigns targeting existing tenants and apartment hunters, and attractive get-to-know-you events, we positioned each SNP holding as the perfect home base for living, working, and playing.
