The Barracks Road Shopping Center is located in the heart of Charlottesville, Virginia, home of the University of Virginia. While anchored by a number of national brands such as Banana Republic, Nike, Kroger, and Harris Teeter; Barracks Road also includes a high percentage of unique, locally-owned shops and restaurants.

Barracks Road has been home to an eclectic mix of nationally recognized retailers and locally owned businesses since 1959. Creating marketing materials for the leasing team that appeal to this diverse tenant mix continues to be a fun challenge for Rocket Pop. Digital and print leasing brochures catering to Mom & Pop businesses and national retailers have been created. A user-friendly website keeps viewers up-to-date no matter their browsing platform.

To keep shoppers “in the know,” we’ve created window graphics to announce upcoming shops and events, permanent signage for business owners, and temporary signage for upgrades and construction activity. A mixture of content creation, paid ads, and contests were used to engage social media users, and entice user-generated content.
